NOMINATIONS
Southport members that are interested in competing in official competitions need to forward their nominations to the nominations secretary: Leah Christie – sringers@bigpond.com
Nominations need to be received by Leah, four days before the closing date which is listed on the event program. This ensures that a full nomination list is put together with a cheque to cover the cost of entry and sent to the organisers by close of entries.
Please ensure that you pay for your entries by placing name and event description in an envelope and leave in canteen area at the Pony club grounds as soon as is possible.
Please complete the attached nomination form and forward to above email address.
Please note that if you withdraw from the competition, a veterinary certificate andexplanatory letter needs to be forwarded to the organising club for reimbursement of entry. Do not contact the nominations secretary.
